Working Function of Refresh(F5)

Haha I got this thinking in my today's OOPS class...
After that I searched for it. But I didn't get any official answers. But I got some Idea in it... That's what I'm going to say here.Whenever we refresh  our pc, It replaces the old cache with the new cache. For example : Sometimes we can able to see that we renamed a folder or a file it remains in that same name until we refresh. That's the meaning when we refresh, it replaces the old cache with the new one. When we kill or terminate an application its cache is stored in the RAM memory. The refresh option is also deletes that cache file too. This can make your pc slightly faster.
In Windows 98 there's no auto refresh option so they refresh it to make it work fast. But from Windows XP they introduced the auto refresh option which can refresh itself automatically for every particular frequency.

The use of F5 or Refresh option when we opened our computer is just checking it whether our PC is working at the correct speed or not...

Thank you...😉
